​Sunday 18 August 2024.  Heritage Week Cycle Ride. Conducted cycle tour of 18th-century milestones group along the 'Old Galway Road'. Open-air talk on stone conservation issues by Seán Bermingham, masonry conservation specialist.  Meet Labane Hall, 2.00 pm. Own bikes and viz vests essential. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. The South Galway Milestones Project benefits from grants from Galway County Council (Community Heritage) and the Heritage Council.

​Tuesday 4 June 2024.  AGM. Bradleys Bar, Labane. 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. All welcome.

Satudray 3 March 2024.  Walk in Castletaylor Woods and Demesne. Conducted woodland walk in Castletaylor and visit to castle and demesne landscape. Conducted by John Costello with thanks to the Pat Whelan and family. Meet at Coillte signed entrance to Castletaylor woods, 9.30 am. All welcome.

Saturday 10 February 2024.  Table Quiz. Bradleys Bar, Labane. 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm. Tables of four €40. Proceeds to LACDA events. Family fun quiz with sponsored prizes. All welcome.
